Japan Post Small Packet Air Mail
Cost effective solution. Postal delivery time is approximately 7 business days. Not insured
The maximum weight limit is 2 kg
Available to regist packet with AU$6.00. Registered packet cover of up to $100 for the purchases.

Japan Post Express Mail Service
Top priority among international mails is placed on this service! Posts will be delivered for approximately 2-4 days to addressee all over the world.

Japan Post Parcel Air Mail
Postal delivery time is approximately 7 business days, depending on destination. Not Insured

Japan Post Parcel Econmy Air (SAL)
This is a service where international mail is handled as surface mail in both Japan and the destination country and as airmail between the two countries. The service is faster than surface mail while the cost is lower than airmail.

• It takes approximately 6 to 13 days for mail to arrive at the destination.
• In some cases, it may take longer due to the handling system of the destination country.

Please note that once the product is in your country, you will be responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise, and do not issue refunds to paypal for any reason. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, it will be replaced as soon as possible. You need to e-mail us within a week after you resive the products.
